Before coaching full-time, Ati was the #1 female world champion flair bartender. She ran a bartending school in Argentina and built her photography business while bartending on the Vegas strip.
I am an Enneagram 7
I can still flip bottles flair bartender-style if you ask me for a cocktail.
I have finished 3 half Ironmans and dozens of short triathlons. Sometimes I can't decide if my athletic addictions are acts of bravery or stupidity... 🤣
I once asked the attendants at a bungee jumping excursion to “throw me off the bridge"... because I was too scared to make myself jump!
The one food I could eat absolutely every day is SMOOTHIES!
The happiest moment in my life happened on a train traveling to Brussels. I was traveling with my then "non-boyfriend" (now my ex) when I met and promptly fell in love with the man of my dreams: my soulmate to this day. I knew immediately there on that train that he was the one.
The darkest year of my life was when I left my full-time job to become a full-time entrepreneur and OUTGREW myself 10 times over, and over, and over.
My proudest moment was the first time I spoke in front of 84 women and felt I was making a real fucking difference in the world by sharing my story.
I can watch Olympics gymnastics for hours on end... but cannot do a cartwheel to save my life.
My favorite book is "We Should All Be Millionaires" by Rachel Rodgers.
My favorite song is Christina Perri's "Be My Forever."
My Starbucks order? Hot grande soymilk latte.
The best thing about owning my own business is that I make the rules... even though it's hard sometimes!
I LOVE traveling... but I also love being home, sleeping late, and drinking Argentinian mate.
I did not have a lot of confidence growing up.
I was “too loud “ for some.
“Too happy” for others.
Or "too talkative" or "too restless.”
Anyone else raised by a mom showering you with *well intended* hushing, chiding, instructions not to be so controversial, not to talk back, not to boast, and to stuff your opinions? Yeah, me too.
Bartending became my way out. I found a way to distinguish myself (by flipping bottles!)
What may seem like a comparatively "mundane" skill quickly showed me the truth: I could self-advocate for myself to achieve the success that I desired.
By the time I was 20, I was leading my own bartending school and I was doing appearances on TV as the only woman flair bartender at the time.
Many women went after me because I dared to go first.
I left the country at the age of 21 to chase my dreams, and landed in a famous Las Vegas flair bar on the strip!
Why am I telling you this?
After pursuing what had been my dream for so long, I found myself stuck in a dream job that became just that: a job.
Despite pursuing my hobbies and side hustling, I felt like I was living on AUTOPILOT.
But I knew that life was about more.
It's about finding your passion and making a difference in the world. About going after the different versions of yourself that you are meant to grow into.
When we stop growing, we start dying. Stuck in my old job, I knew it was time to chase my new dream.
So at 38, I took a leap of faith.
I fell into the black abyss between the time you leave your full-time job and entrepreneurship. Not many people talk about this scary period of transition, but it is a season of monumental growth. During this time we construct our new self-image, we let go of our old self and cultivate the new. This is a precious time in which we come to understand why we are here in this world, and we begin to plan the legacy which we will leave behind.
I invested in an amazing, no-nonsense coach that showed me how much mindset truly is everything.
I started wholeheartedly believing in myself and all the things I had accomplished up to this point.
I went all in on leaning to believe that I could help my fellow women who did not believe their message mattered. I wanted to show them that their voices DO MATTER.
I took stock of all my tools, experiences, and expertise and launched my new brand: Ati.G.Branding, LLC.
I took stock of all my tools, and experiences to test, refine, and reinvent myself and the way I approached helping women build profitable and authentic personal brands!
With a local Las Vegas Personal Branding Photography Membership, the Be You Brand Academy teaching women to go from zero to hero in their brand and become sought after in their fields, and signature keynotes to inspire purposeful action, Ati has made it her life mission to help women come of their own shells and promote themselves on and off social media to create the businesses and lives that they love.
